Match Report
Wrexham's youngsters battled hard against Bethesda but eventually the greater experience of the home side saw them gain the upper hand. Victory for the home team was gained thanks to the Jonses, centre-forward Richie claimed four goals and inside-left Alan two.
The opening exchanges saw Bethesda struggle to cope with Wrexham's more direct attacking forays and the 2-2 half time score was a fair reflection of the play.
After the interval Bethesda abandoned their shorter passing game and reaped the reward. Ken Simpkins (2), Alan Hughes and Doug Rowlands were the Wrexham scorers.
