Match Report
The sudden, and surprise, departure of Matt Baker to MK Dons together with an injury to Danny Evans mean that Michael Jones, who was in line to face the Spireites that morning, found himself called up for substitute duty with the first team against Hartlepool. That meant another youngster, Nathan Richards, was brought into the side for the Colliers Park clash. But he phoned in just 15 minutes before kick-off to say that he couldn't make it, leaving Steve Weaver and Joey Jones with a massive dilemma and not long to sort it out. Centre back Graham Roche volunteered and so took his place between the sticks!
